Dear
Amazing Parents,
This summer, expect Trinity
Christian Day Camp to be “Outta this World”! Camp Trinity is looking forward to
blessing your children as we discover how to live like aliens! Live like
aliens…What? Yes, this summer we are going to explore the challenge of living
“Outta this World” and solely for our Savior, Jesus Christ (1 John 2:15-17). The
leadership of Camp Trinity 2007 would like to invite your children (ages five to
those that are entering sixth grade- possible Counselors in training) to come
and share this very exciting experience with us!
What does it look like to live
like an alien? We expect your children to come to camp ready to listen, learn,
work together; but most importantly share in our summer fun while being
challenged by God’s word!
There are
SUPER “Outta this world”
fun activities planned each week, including some of the following:
- Blasting
off to the California Science Center, IMAX
- Bible Devotionals discovering our purpose in this world!
- Arts and Crafts!!
- Park Adventures for picnics and fun summer activities!
- Field trips taking off to Mountasia, exploring the Long
Beach Aquarium, the Bowling alleys for cosmic fun and more!
At the bottom of this page you
will find the information you need to sign your child (ren) up for Camp Trinity
2007. Please read and fill everything out thoroughly. Feel free to copy these
forms for siblings or other interested children! The following are included:
-
Registration Form: Please note that this form is dual-sided; the second
side includes Camp Trinity’s Disciplinary Code Agreement. Both sides need to be
completely filled-out for registration.
- Medical Information and Field Trip Permission Form:
The Staff will take this form on every field trip and outing in case of
emergency
- Summer Overview Schedule/Payment Information:
This includes planned field trips and information on cost.
- Extras!! and What to Bring to Camp List
“Extra, Extra, Read all about it!”
Weekly Announcements
will be at the front desk every
MONDAY
of camp for parents to take. Announcements for Parent help will be listed...and
most appreciated!
Field Trip sign ups
will be posted at the front desk on June 11, the first day of camp, so that
parents can sign up early.
PLEASE
sign up early and PAY early. There are NO refunds.
We would like to make sure that we
have the right amount of drivers, amount of tickets if needed and organize the
event a head of time if possible.
CIT Information: The
children that are interested in becoming a CIT (Counselor in Training)
please inform Katie Gustaveson and she will arrange for your child to be given
instructions to do so. This is for children 12 and older.
